Kids BJJ: Ages 3-5
This is our youngest age group and the perfect time to start your child’s Jiu-Jitsu journey! The curriculum in this program focuses on engaging exercises and structured games that develop coordination, discipline, and foundational Jiu-Jitsu movements in a fun and supportive environment.
Program Structure
This program includes Level 1 (Basic & Intermediate) which introduces fundamental Jiu-Jitsu movements, coordination, basic positions, and simple techniques. No competition or advanced techniques are included at this age group. Students will develop better focus, discipline, and body awareness while learning the fundamentals. Instructors will promote students based on their skill level, ability to focus, and overall progress.

The Kids 6-8 Program builds on the foundations of the 3-5 age group, introducing a broader range of Jiu-Jitsu techniques and controlled sparring.

- Level 2 (Advanced & Competition) – For students who have demonstrated a solid grasp of the basics and are ready for more advanced techniques. This level emphasizes competition training, includingsituational sparring and technical refinement.
Students are grouped based on experience and progress. Those who excel and express interest in competition will receive additional guidance in Level 2.
